Pestle & Mortar
We want a brand identity & packaging design for a new range of pestos, Pestle & Mortar. The brands mission is to use only natural & fresh ingredients. The Pestle & Mortar name gave an obvious inspiration for the shape of the brandmark. It was how the illustration style was created that made for a unique visual language. The act of making pesto, blending, slicing and dicing influenced the illustrations and the overlapping colours creating a tonal effect.
